At the end of my time at school, I was still uncertain whether further education or a study programme was the right thing to do for my career.
With the dalli-group, I have found a partner that gives me the opportunity to combine theory and practice. The Business Administration course at the University of Applied Sciences Aachen is helping me acquire the theoretical foundations and apply them in practice almost immediately. I find it particularly exciting to consider all the business processes of a production company and to learn the commercial activities across departments. The rotation through various departments within the dalli group makes training as an Industrial Business Management Assistant multi-faceted and interesting. This variety and the collaboration in different teams means I not only learn flexibility in the job, but also strengthen my social skills and my ability to handle a wide variety of situations. After the introductions to the specialist departments, I was quickly encouraged to work independently and to assume responsibility. All these components enable me to obtain ideal preparation for my future professional life.
Another aspect which makes dalli the perfect practice partner for me is the internationality of the company. In addition to getting to know international customers and suppliers, and the opportunity to gain experience in a foreign plant, I'm spending my next semester abroad."
