First you start your training in August with the dalli group. In the first six months, you spend three days a week in the company and two days at the vocational college. The following March, your first semester starts at the University of Applied Sciences Aachen. Then you will attend lectures for the first four semesters from Monday to Thursday and go to vocational college on Fridays. In the lecture-free periods, i.e. in the summer from about mid-July to about the end of September, and in the winter from about mid-February to the end of March, you will undergo practical training at the dalli group. You can also take your holiday during the lecture-free periods. The fifth semester is a practical semester in which you complete the practical project for your final examination as Industrial Business Management Assistant before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. This is followed by another two semesters, including your bachelor's thesis with us in the company. Since, at this stage, you no longer have vocational college classes, you go to work instead, depending on your agreement.
