What makes working at the dalli group unique?

Immediately after I started in the company, the dalli group really impressed me as a family-owned company with its great quality concept, outstanding guidelines and a great corporate culture. I was also able to really identify with the products, because cosmetics and cleaning products are part of everyday life.

The dalli group is a European manufacturer of consumer goods in the brand sector. Demands are growing and changing extremely rapidly in both the consumer and retail brand sectors. Accordingly, both dalli's processes and the employees' understanding are designed to grow constantly and rapidly with these requirements, and to flexibly adapt to changing challenges. This situation and the cooperation and teamwork between colleagues make dalli and the work here unique.

What drives you or motivates you in your daily work?

In just over eight years of service, I've realised that there is so much potential for personal development. In addition, both by myself and with my outstanding colleagues in a team, I have overcome challenges where I could not have anticipated such positive results beforehand. I am convinced that these fast and constantly changing demands simply get the best out of you and this awareness motivates me in my daily work.

Your most important trait, which has set you in good stead at the dalli group?

In my opinion, the most important traits are self-confidence, self-reflection, discipline, a structured approach, perseverance and a true will to make a difference.

Your personal and professional life goal?

Personal and professional life goals are, in my view, closely interwoven. My professional goal is to keep developing professionally and personally. I need to constantly take on new challenges to ensure I stay satisfied and motivated at work in the long term.

My personal life goal is to make sure that I always enjoy my work, because that makes me happy in the long term. It is also important to me to maintain my friendships and to pursue my personal interests, creating the necessary balance to my job and keeping me happy and satisfied in the long term.
