For me it is the combination of constantly changing tasks, the resulting challenges as well as the organisation of these and the valuable exchanges with colleagues.

It is very important to me that opinions,recommendations and bases for discussions in both directions can always be openly addressed, so my empathy and openness in dealing with these issues benefits me.
