After completing my bachelor's degree programme in the field of International Business, I specifically looked for a trainee programme in order to get to know my future employer from a 360°perspective, and to be able to find out which areas of business I enjoy in practice and where my strengths lie.

Thanks to the two-month work assignments in the various departments (Controlling, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Purchasing), I was not only able to build up a network of colleagues, but also to acquire a good understanding of company-wide tasks and processes. The practical impressions were directly linked to my theoretical knowledge gained during my studies.

After one and a quarter years and a very instructive trainee period, I moved to my current position as a Supply Planner in Supply Chain Management. My main tasks are, firstly, to ensure the availability of goods and to plan and control production capacities. So, I am in close contact with my colleagues in the Dutch plant.

That's where I kicked off my exciting time as a trainee at the dalli group, with a six-week rotation at one of our production sites. Thanks to the challenges I encountered, I was able to get to know the production processes more accurately and independently develop solutions. During this time, the dalli group organised and provided my vehicle and accommodation.

There was always regular and close contact and exchange with the other trainees from the start. We are still part of a cross-departmental project in the area of software introduction, which was entrusted to us during the trainee program and which continues to ensure our daily work is varied.

I look forward to my future at the dalli group with great curiosity. Due to a very dynamic market, the company itself is constantly changing, which can lead to new tasks and exciting challenges at any time.
