What makes working at the dalli group unique?
Since my first day, I've felt like I'm in a family, we're just a great team. Our Westerburg plant is almost the smallest location in the group, but that's probably our secret to success. What is more, my superiors have always supported me in my personal and professional development, which I really appreciate.
What drives you or motivates you in your daily work?
I'm motivated by the fact that I can directly influence and control the development of the plant myself. I am also excited to support my colleagues and employees and to accompany them in their development where possible.
Your most important character trait, which has set you in good stead at the dalli group?
As a person, I am very structured, persistent and reliable. There are no real problems for me, just challenges and impulses to try something new.
Your personal and professional life goal?
It's important to me that I enjoy what I do. That is why I want to continue to be challenged and engaged with tasks I can commit to – while maintaining a good balance with my private life.
