Victoria Lechnowitsch I Stolberg, Germany

"For me, the dalli group trainee programme was the bridge between theory and practice. During this period, I got to know the entire value chain and gained a strong understanding of the processes in a manufacturing company. This is the basis of my work as a Controller."

Victoria Lechnowitsch began her career with the dalli group ten years ago as part of our trainee programme. After successfully completing this, she moved to Marketing and Market Research. In addition to assisting the marketing manager, among other things, she also participated in higher-level market research projects. This was followed by an exciting time as a plant controller. Today, Ms Lechnowitsch is responsible for the Purchasing, Investment & Supply Chain Controlling department. For her, the trainee programme was the starting point for a successful career. Regular job rotations encouraged professional and personal development without bureaucracy.

"As a graduate in Business Administration with a focus on controlling, market research and marketing, I am passionate about the Controlling, Marketing and Sales divisions. In addition to these specialisms, I have also worked in the Research and Development, Logistics and Production departments during the various rotations of the dalli training programme. This allowed me to follow all the steps of the value chain and enabled me to understand the content of my studies in practice. I think that this has given me a special understanding of the relationships within the company.

Looking back, I am impressed with the degree of responsibility for the tasks which were assigned to me during the trainee programme, within just a very short time. As a result, I was continuously challenged, personally and professionally. With my current experience and from the point of view of a manager, I know that with dedication, you can really make a difference with dalli. I therefore think that 'motivated go-getters' will have the best start in the company with our trainee programme."
