What to expect
Many exciting projects await you within the 24-month trainee programme. From day one, you will start working as a fully-fledged employee and will be able to actively participate in projects and put your expertise from your studies into practice. You will also learn about various departments, your future field of work and our sites.
The starting point is our headquarters in Stolberg. There you will meet other trainees and your trainee mentors. Your mentor will accompany you for the duration of the programme, as a personal and cross-departmental advisor. You will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with each other at regular meetings.
Of course, you will also receive an individual department tutor (m/f/d) throughout the trainee programme. The department-specific tutor plans the content and organisation of your programme while on rotation in the department. You will receive qualified feedback at the end of each rotation. Based on this, your development prospects are identified and targeted measures set out to support you and boost your performance.
