Submit your application

After submitting your application on our job portal, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your application.


Invitation to interview

After receiving your application, we will look at your documents in detail and come to an agreement with the relevant department. If your profile meets our requirements, we would like to get to know you personally and you will receive an invitation to attend an interview with us in Stolberg. We will be happy to reimburse you for any travel expenses incurred in accordance with our policy. If you have a very long journey or are currently abroad, we would also be happy to invite you to a video interview.


First interview with your HR manager and your future manager

In the first interview, we want to get to know you better and you can also get an idea of us as an employer. It is important to us that you personally are a good match for us and are able to identify with our corporate culture.


Second interview with the head of HR and the head of department in question

If both you and we liked the initial interview, then we would like to give you the opportunity to meet our head of HR and the head of the department you're applying to in the second meeting. Depending on the position, the second interview might include a case study on a specialist subject or a development centre. You will receive all the relevant information and documents for this from us in plenty of time.


Contract offer

Are you a good match for us? And we're a good match for you? Perfect! We'll send you a contract offer after the second interview. To avoid wasting time, we will get back to you shortly after the second interview.
