We support a work-life balance and enable our employees to bring everything into line – for example with attractive working time models and optimised part-time offers for working parents. The possibility of flexibly allocating working time in accordance with operational needs and using, for example, home office, flexitime or trust-based working time, provides for more leeway for concentrated work and unhindered creativity.
In addition, we base our closure days on statutory bank holidays. That means you can feel free to use long weekends to get a bit of rest.
In 2015, Mäurer & Wirtz was awarded the "berufundfamilie" audit certificate in Berlin for its commitment to improving the work-life balance of its staff. Here, the term "family" encompasses all forms of long-term private coexistence.
In our day care centre, we offer our employees' children a home away from home.
Kita Karlinis crèche offers a total of 70 places for children and is a joint project between the companies Grünenthal GmbH, Mäurer & Wirtz GmbH & Co. KG, FEV GmbH, Dr. Babor GmbH & Co. KG and Blitzschutzbau Rhein-Main Adam Herbert GmbH. It is located in the Aachen-Eilendorf business park on the corner of Kaubendenstrasse/Kellerhausstrasse and is therefore only about a 10-minute drive from our site. We currently have 3 places available in the crèche.
