How and where do our fragrances come to market? In domestic sales, you will deal with distribution throughout Germany and Austria and in international key account management, you will focus on distribution in various Eastern European countries. You act as both a point of intersection and a reliable, competent point of contact for our local trading partnerships. Its aim is to serve the requirements of in store fragrance buyers in the best possible way. Among other things, we provide extensive product and sales knowledge to retailers and their employees so that they in turn can give optimal and targeted advice and assistance to all customers.

In sales management, you will coordinate and control the various tasks within the complex sales organisation, such as key account management, external sales and customer services. Sales management is the interface to all adjacent departments. In customer services, you are responsible for the order management and complaint processing of our retail partners.

In the external sales team, you will support the entire domestic customer base with direct order placement and delivery of goods, as well as a large number of customers who order automatically. Customers served by the external sales team include consumer markets and self-service department stores as well as a variety of privately run perfumeries and chemists.

How can we be even more successful with our brands worldwide?

To this end, the Sales team is active around the globe and is in daily contact with local managers to analyse, understand and improve performance. The declared goal: to put even more of the fragrances made in Stolberg on retail shelves around the world.

In addition, you will take care of placing and distributing our fragrances on online platforms in a cross-functional e-commerce team together with the marketing team.
