We offer our new employees numerous onboarding procedures with the aim of welcoming you warmly as part of our family and giving you the best possible start with us.

It's hugely important to us that we make your start at our company as easy and enjoyable as possible. As such, the relevant department will develop a detailed induction plan for you, in cooperation with all the other departments. You will also receive all the relevant materials on your first day of work.

To keep you going while you wait for your first day to come around, you will receive a welcome package from us full of high-quality Mäurer & Wirtz products. In our Onboarding Portal, we will provide you with useful information before you start. Of course, we are always happy to help you personally if you have any questions.

As part of the Mäurer & Wirtz family, you're welcome to attend the regular onboarding session with all the new employees and some of the HR team. Here, you can get to know your new teammates better in person and professionally and talk to them about current affairs, questions and how they feel.
