As a retail salesperson, you will support all the activities in the House of 4711, such as:
Advising on and selling goods
Ordering goods

The key facts
How long does the training take?
Your training lasts a total of three years.
What level of education do you need?
You should have the "Fachoberschulreife" (entrance qualification for a technical college) or have graduated from a commercial college.
What does your final examination involve?
At the end of your training, you will complete your final examination at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Exam preparation courses will fully prepare you for this.
