Yvonne Jussen – Director Human Resources
How long have you been working at Mäurer & Wirtz and what is your job?
I have been working at Mäurer & Wirtz since 2012. I work as a syndicate attorney and as Director Human Resources I am responsible for heading up the HR department. This includes shaping all strategic and operational personnel issues in the company. I am particularly passionate about employment law.
What is your favourite aspect of your job?
I love making things happen and tackling changes in the company. In fact, it's always better when we work together in the company to effect changes that lead to general improvement. Usually this is not a single idea or the effort of a lone individual, but rather the result of the work of an entire team. Team spirit is paramount here and I really like that.

I can really recommend working at Mäurer & Wirtz. The atmosphere of the family business is clearly felt in our day-to-day cooperation. We work together in a very collaborative and cross-divisional manner and seek to avoid a dog-eat-dog mentality and in-fighting.
